How much is shipping?
We offer **FREE SHIPPING** to most major city centers across Canada. If you live in a town outside a major city, a remote, rural or out of route destination for transport carrier, your order might be subject to additional charges. We will advise you if there are extra charges.

What is the shipping cost if I live in a remote / rural area or outside a major city?
If you live in a town outside a major city or in a remote / rural area, additional charges may apply. Add the products to the shopping cart, and on check out, select the "Send me a shipping quote" shipping option. We will then contact you with an accurate shipping cost for your approval. If you are satisfied with the cost, we proceed, if not we cancel the order.
Your card is never charged, until you approve the shipping charge. Your credit card is only on authorization status, until you approve order and shipping cost.

Where do you ship to?
We ship to most cities across Canada. At this time we do not ship to the USA.

How long does it take to get my order?
Most orders are shipped within 2 - 5 days. You will be contacted if there are delays.

What if my products are damaged?
All our products are thoroughly inspected and properly packaged, protected with styrofoam, shrink wrapped and strapped in a wooden pallet, to avoid damage.
Customer must inspect products at the time of delivery. Look for any visible dents, punctures and crashed cardboard and also look through the items inside the boxes. In the event that there are damages, advise the driver and make note of it on the bill of lading. Take pictures of the damage and contact us within 48 hours.

How do I know when my order will be arriving and can I track it?
We let you know when the order leaves our warehouse, and the transportation company will contact you to set up a time for delivery. You can contact us anytime for a shipment status update .

What type of delivery service do you have?
We use a ground freight service with curb-side delivery. 
The pallet is lowered from the truck onto the curbside, driveway or garage. It's a good idea to have help to bring the products inside your home or garage

Can I pick up my order or arrange my own transport?
Yes, you can pick up or arrange transport carrier pick up your order from our warehouse in Mississauga or Toronto. Please contact us, for details.

Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, delivery is available in Toronto and GTA
